Getting There
Madrid-Barajas (MAD)
Metro Line 8 direct to Feria de Madrid station. IFEMA is adjacent to the airport.

Metro Línea 8 — Feria de Madrid
Direct metro from city centre in 30 minutes and from the airport in 10 minutes.
5 min walk
M-40 / M-11
Dedicated parking zones inside IFEMA. The M-11 connects directly to the venue from the ring road.
20–30 min
Hotels for Exhibitors
Most exhibitors stay nearby or near the city centre. Recommended: NH Madrid Barajas Airport, Novotel Madrid Campo de las Naciones, Hotel Maydrit Airport, NH Madrid Las Tablas, InterContinental Madrid.
IFEMA Venue Regulations
All stand constructions over 2.5m height require structural certification. Set-back from aisle minimum 0.5m. Rigging requires IFEMA-approved contractor. Storage behind back walls mandatory. Power applications close 6 weeks before event. Mandatory Spanish-language fire safety documentation. We manage all of this for you.
